This year, I started Coffee Sundays.

Every other Sunday, I’ve open our home to friends and family. No formal plan. No performance. No expectation. You don’t have to bring anything. You don’t have to stay long. You don’t even have to be “on.” It’s just a place to land for a bit.

I want to hand you a warm mug.
I want to hear about your new job, or your old job.
Your sister’s graduation.
Your best friend’s breakup.
Your roommate’s swollen ankle.
Whatever is happening in your real life.

Yes, you can get coffee anywhere. You probably already have some at home. It might be a little bit of a drive. It might feel easier to stay in.

But if you’re open to it, I would love to see you.

Because we all say we want a village, and villages aren’t built in big dramatic ways. They’re built like this — people showing up, sitting down, staying a little while. This is just coffee.
And my door is open.
